This is really sad... I think this is the one that a local news team caught on camera as it happened..:(

I hope they can find who is responsible...

These were supposedly million dollar polo horses. Why haven't the owners stepped up to help this kid??
Pathetic that everyone runs from responsibility these days.

The owners of the horses have a spotless track record of maintaining the fence. From what I have read and heard, it is obviously the county's fault. The county needs to accept responsibility and take care of business!

So the county is saying they replaced the fence and the same day "somehow" a bunch of horses got out..but it wasn't them? Yeah Right.

Yeah I know huh, where I grew up, if you hit an animal and killed it you had to pay for the animal and the offspring it may have had in the future that would bring the owners profit. I think that this should be the other way around, the million dollar horse was not properly contained next to a busy highway and whatever the reason, there should have been prevention to make sure it was never possible that the animals ever would be on that road, no matter what. Since they didn't do that, they should be held responsible. Pay these 2 injured people for their cars that wouldn't have been wrecked, the money they would make if they were otherwise at work instead of at the hospital, I am not saying forever, I am saying just to help while they are in there. I am sorry the horses died and it wrenched at my heart to see them running that morning, but if they were as important as the rumors say, I would think BRICK WALLS, not cheesy wire or electric fences. They can afford to buy the horses and the equipment then they should be able to protect them at any cost.

My thoughts are prayers are with Brandon & his family. I hope he is able to fully recover from his injuries.
I believe the county is at fault here & it'd be nice if a high profile attorney stepped up and took the case on pro se for him.
The bands at the Marquee rocked the joint last night. What a great thing they did for him.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Libra

If you're invited to a party or gathering today and you don't know whether to go, you should. You'll have a terrific time and you might meet someone who always makes your knees go weak. Even if it's a perfectly harmless flirtation and you're both happily committed to other people, it will still do your ego good to have a tantalizing conversation with this person.
