Tulsa Police chase, arrest suspect in 14-year-old's death

Tulsa Police arrested 20-year-old Jeffrey Proctor last Friday, and 18-year-old Tyler Deerinwater Tuesday on suspicion of first degree murder in the death of 14-year-old Tevin Mathies of Missouri.

they should be punish very badly..... to sit up there and kill a child dats sum...BS........ all i got to say is have mercy on there souls..... TEVON was a very close friend of mines i love him truely he was like a brother..... WE ALL GONE MISS TEVON(COON)

OK. I can hardly understand what your saying. Please I understand that your young, but go back to school and learn how to at least half ass speak english.

Jeff Proctor was and is a sorry SOB, his mother is a whore. his whole family and him are all dog chit. worthless always have been, alway will be.
