Family: 24-hour delay to report US pilot missing

Aviation officials on Sao Tome island waited 24 hours before reporting the disappearance of an American pilot and his small aircraft off the coast of West Africa, the missing man's family said on Wednesday.

Angola: Minister Encourages Entrepreneurs to Seek Opportunities in Sao Tome

The minister of Foreign Affairs, Georges Chikoti, encouraged Saturday in Luanda the national entrepreneurs to go to Sao Tome and Principe and identify possible areas of investment, after the government of the archipelago to have announced the abolition of visas in passports of Angolans who travel to the country for a 15-day period.
