I remember the Hugh MaCarron, as a great leader in the Hotel industry. I first met Hugh when I was the Head Chef at the Holiday Inn, renamed Ramada Inn. He gave me a fantastic insight into the industry. I allways regarded him as the " Big Fella" of the industry. Condolences to Diane and the family
