A sleepless night following rain-induced suspension of play and overnight change of schedules seemed to have done little to dampen Filip Krajinovic who won the decisive fifth rubber to help Serbia beat India 3-2 in their Davis Cup World Group playoff here Monday afternoon. The match was halted Sunday night following rains with Krajinovic leading 6-3, 4-4.

India's most experienced tennis player Leander Paes believes that India have a good chance to beat a depleted Serbia in the Davis Cup World Group play-off tie commencing here Friday while reiterating that the doubles match could well prove decisive. Djokovic out of Serbia's Davis Cup clash with India
World number one Novak Djokovic will miss Serbia's Davis Cup World Group playoff tie against India in Bangalore next weekend, the Balkan nation's coach Bogdan Obradovic said on Monday.
