Darwin had oh so many things WRONG in his assessment of humanity's origins, the foremost of which being his misnaming the inherently bio-mechanical process of Adaptation as "Evolution"...Biolog ical processes do NOT "evolve", they ADAPT in accordance with &/or in response to external stimuli.

Psychological processes "evolve".

One of the hindrances of scientific advancement is and has always been the tendency to avoid objectifying the observed processes by clouding one's findings with their own preconceptions...It is this predisposed subjective myopia that has much served to hinder the advancement of scientific understanding when all that we should be doing is reporting the observed occurrence as it is INSTEAD of as we would like for it to be.

Darwin's ToE is a very illustrative example of this happenstance of human arrogance in that we often undermine our desire to learn by imposing preconceived notions of what we will discover as the eyes see only what the mind is prepared to, oftentimes missing the forest for the trees, unfortunately much to our own detriment.

We should always be conscious of individual's tendency/capacity to push some as of yet undefined agenda by manipulating to the facts to reach a desired outcome.

Daily Horoscope for February 10

Pisces

You might feel like having a little flutter, but it's not a good day to do so, especially if you want to bet in coin of the realm. If you feel like a bit of extreme shopping, cancel that thought as well. It's a better day to be asking yourself some questions about what you really want out of life. Take a risk with your destiny, not your dollars. Put yourself on the line to learn something new.
