Note the size of the crater the missile made: it's dwarfed by the crater that is ground zero, the target site.

Water is needed to be discovered first so that the clean up will go smoothly for the wounded and the dead in the future moon colony wars.

Without water they might as well just pack in any plans of occupying the moon.

Seriously, tho NASA needs to stop messing around with the moon OR anything that EARTH NEEDS TO SURVIVE. If ne thing happens to the moon. Catastrophic shit is gonna happen on Earth lmao
