iPhone MMS, Tethering Delayed to September?

When the iPhone 3GS was announced, AT&T was ridiculed by some because the wireless carrier in the U.S. for the iPhone would not be enabling either MMS or tethering, services that consumers have been waiting for since the first generation iPhone. Now a report by AppModo is stating that both services will be delayed, all the way to September.
