This year's Tour of Missouri will include cycling stars Mark Cavendish and Michael Rogers, who will ride for Team Columbia-HTC. Team Columbia announced Thursday that 2007 champion, George Hincapie, also will ride with the team if he recovers from a broken collarbone he suffered in the Tour de France.
