Streamlined News: Cielo Speedy in Brazil; USA Swimming's Upcoming Webcast

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 24. CESAR Cielo woke up a sleepy Maria Lenk Trophy meet in Brazil this morning with a 21.58 in prelims, the second-fastest time in the world this year behind reigning Olympic champion Florent Manaudou's 21.55. Bruno Fratus, who has become one of the world's best sprinters, also got under 22 seconds today with a 21.98.
