And if they want to commit bigamy and have sex with underage girls, perhaps they should have stayed in Utah and Arizona! President Bush was Governor of Texas and believes in Capital Punishment. I wouldn't think that leaving a letter at the Presidents daughters wedding was a good idea!

They must have balls of steel. If I were him and they sent that on what should be a happy, glorious occasion, I would probably burn it on the grill.
They weren't in Crawford long. I saw where they left the next morning.

I didn't see any stops at the YFZ "Ranch" where there's nothing dirty going on (just like best little w h * r e house.

Do they realize that Bush is not FLDS and not Mormon? Do they really think he is going to want to listen to all that hocus pocus about celestial marriage?

Especially at his daughters wedding? What is this saying to Bush? My daughter's new husband needs to take many wives?

And the proof they did is...where?

41 days has passed and the state of TX has charged NOBODY!!!

In fact the original warrant and arrest warrant have been thrown out as they were generated by a prank phone call.

41 days. Nobody has been charged.

Meanwhile a 24 year old woman has been kidnapped by the state of TX and despite proving she is not a child... they will not release her or her kids.

Those who support this should put on swaztika arm bands so real American's know who you fascist pricks are.

The children are in the custody of CPS, which is totally separate from the jucidial system. In fact, CPS removes children all the time without any criminal charges ever being filed. And, that's as it should be. They protect children from abuse/neglect. Period.

What happened in Texas is very sad.The F.L.D.S broke the law. Punish the men if things are proven. Anyone supporting C.P.S. and foster care knows nothing about those systems. Only those who receive a check for their services. Unite those kids with their mother's now. Don't you have a heart? At least send older children back.12 months old. how ridiculous. How about 1 to 8 years old. The sooner Texas acts, the less they will have to pay in law suits. Don't judge this unless you are a parent.

I live in Ohio and I do know how the system works.
My friend is a foster parent. I have seen abused children. It is not a pretty site.
Anyone that is a foster parent has my respect.
I would be put in jail if some of these children were brought to me. I would go out and destroy the people that abused it.
So you know nothing at all about the system.
You do not have to be arrested to have your children removed from your home.
You are an unfit parent.

I do have a heart.
That is exactly why these children do not need to go back to the abuse they had to endure there.
If the mother's were in their right mind and not brainwashed, and knew how to care for her children it would be different.

You are the same person who wrote this:
I'm not the topic. Guess my comments required thinking instead of blind emotion? To answer your question, no... I am not even mormon.

I'm defending FREEDOM! If they can persecute these people they can persecute you, me or anyone else next.

Let's look at the facts.

1) The original warrant to search was based on a supposed prank phone call.

2) The original arrest warrant was recended on May 2nd.

3) The claim of 31 pregnant minors by the state of TX was a lie. The number is now 3

4) One of the remaining 3 they are trying to save their asses by claiming is a minor is a 24 year old who has showed proof of her age, yet they keep her in custody because the state of TX knows they have stepped in a civil rights pile of dung by over reacting to a prank phone call.

Another is a woman in her mid 20s who has a 10 year old kid. Problem... the law for legal consent was 14 with parents signature and 16 until that was changed in 2005.

The final girl is 17 and is pregnant. Since 250,000 girls between 14 and 17 get pregnant in the US each year, why not go out and seize them too. Or are we only going after people who dress fuinny and have a religion we don't like?

5) It's been 41 days and nobody has been charged with a crime.

So maybe talking about me is all you can do. That's on you. I am smart enough to know that when the rights of the minority are violated it puts mine in jeapardy as well.

Don't know where you get your figures, but they are incorrect! Are you a FLDS wife? You appear to be one with your knowlegde.

The Nazi's known as CPS do so with the courts approval. They sieeze the kids... make up lies... and then the court rules. That is the case in TX at the moment.

So....

Should Government have the authority to take someone's kids without charging anyone with a crime?

This is religious persecution of these people. It is a violation of their civil liberties and sadly the American peoiple are too stupid from attending government schools to even realize that if they can do it to them...they can do it to anyone.

WHAT ABUSE?

Nobody has been charged with a crime.

The original warrant was based on a prank phone call.

The original arrest warrant has been cancelled!

As for the woman being brainwashed....
http://www.sltrib.com/opinion/ci_9211573

She doesn't sound brainwashed to me!

ANd let us not forget that they now hold a 24 year old woamn in custody despite her proving she is not a child.

What you are posting is BIGOTRY!! "Oh no, they don't worship and live the way I do, they must be brainwahsed".

Again you run from the points and attack me personally as a way to deflect.

Now... let's look at the facts your bigoted little ass wants to say are not true.

These women choose to live that way. It's their first Amendment Right!

They have a 24 year old in custody claiming she is a child.

The original phone call and complaint has been proven to be a prank call. The original arrest warrant has been cancelled as it was a bogus claim against the people in the compound.
http://www.sltrib.com/News/ci_9133640

So save your claims that my facts are not true and your other comments about me for someone who gives a rip what you think of them.

The facts are the facts.

Your facts again are wrong! This cult has over stepped their religion freedoms. They have brainwashed the women and raped the girls as young as 13. So don't tell me you know the facts.
I don't care what you think of what I think and I certainly will never believe your so-called facts. They are coming from you,who has little knowledge.

So I provide links to the actual news of the story...

... and you say "IS NOT" and think that you matter?

LOL

I proved my points with credible links. That you wish to pretend otherwise and post insults only shows you are a child.

Prove it. Put up or shut up, bigot.

It is up to Government to prove the charges. Not up to the citizens to prove their innocence.

To Joy, Glad that some foster homes are good. That's great! I have seen the opposite where I live. 5 foster kids being yelled at all day. Isn't that abuse? At least demeaning to children? This family needs the money because one parent is disabled except for his mouth. You know as well as I do. Those kids need to go back home. At least to be with their mothers.

No, the mother's lied about who's kid was who's.
They did it to confuse the workers.
So which kid are you going to give to which mother?
Would you want someone else to claim your child as theirs. Or would you tell the truth?
