Lancaster Boy Hit In Head By Bat At Baseball Game.

A 7-year-old southern Pennsylvania boy is recovering after being hit in the head with a bat during a minor league baseball game.

Lawsuit!!! Sue em!! Sue the batter! Sue the bat manufacturer! Sue the league! Sue the stadium owner and the coach too! Total negligence!! Sue everybody!

you forgot to sue the person sitting next to the child for not properly blocking the bat from striking the child

Whenever I go to ones of the those new stadiums where every seat is practically dangerous, I always bring a glove, not to catch a souvenier but for protection. Been to too many riversharks games where the ball almost had taken a fan out.

But from the sounds of things, hopefully the family will accept an apology and any medical bills not covered paid by the organization, and hopefully a season pass for the remainded of the year and next year.

Not sure you can sue for negligence, the back of the ticket usually says something about releasing the stadium from any liability for injury caused by things (balls, bats, players) coming in contact with the fans.

But these people spoke Spanish. No English. The warning on the ticket should have been written in Spanish too! Sue em!!
