every state agency has a reserve account they stash excesss funds in, these amount to over 5 billion dollars and this money would cover any shortcoming there is in the budget ... but NOOOOO lets not be fiscally responsible, lets soak the tax payer and further destroy oregons economy and hurt the folks that can afford it the least.its the politician that cause all the money problems not us voters. come election time lets run all these bums off. the democraps have had the reins of oryguns goobermint for over 40 years ... hows that hopey changey thing workin for ya?

Lets see.... "special panel to WRITE BALLOT TITLES for two tax increases". Why do you need a "special panel" just to give a title to two tax-increasing ballot initiatives?

When you vote, are you voting for the person, their politics, their party or their principles? You're going to have to look a little closer at the canidates. Critical decisions require critical thought. KNOW WHAT (AND WHO) YOU ARE VOTING FOR! Just remember boys and girls, liberalism is a mental disorder!
