1 That means you do not have to smoke in the restaurant. Just order a tobacco salad with your next meal. Enjoy. |

1 What kind of hypocrite would consider this poison food...while hammering others lifestyle choices they find unhealthy? http://www.lifedynamix.com/articles/Nutrition... "For example a one-pound well done steak contains 4 to 5 micrograms of benzopyrene. This is equivalent to a person smoking 300 cigarettes. Benzopyrene is one of the major cancer causing substances found in tobacco smoke." ---------- There is nothing more annoying than a self righteous moral busybody with HUGE double standards...eh? |

Is tobacco a fruit or vegetable? It is a fruit because the seeds are outside the part you eat,(or smoke) http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_tobacco_a_fruit_... |

So far, not one comment on the subject of the article. This is a "communication effort" issue, not an "I like/despise smoking" issue.
A similar website exists for Arizona's state smoke-free law, and they also set up a "hotline" for getting information by phone. A big issue with that one was that the phone line was open 24/7 but the office wasn't. So, they ended up with people calling and being "informed" by someone at the answering service, who often didn't seem to have a copy of the law in front of them. That took some time to shake out, but it wasn't uncommon for the person asking the question to have to explain why there WAS a question. Eventually, the answerers would admit that you should call back during office hours, but they didn't offer that information up front and if you didn't know better they would send you away with what they falsely believed to be the answer. |

1 Why should we comment on propoganda we already know and have read before ? Its a no brainer what they are saying, its the same bull$hit be used from the beginning of the smoking bans. Nothing new at all.! Its like a record company buying one record and playing it day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. We have heard it all before.! Over and over again. |

1 Oh? How many places have focused on the fact that North Carolina is adding a website to their effort to help people figure out details regarding their law? What exactly is there in that to justify your rant? WHae IS clearly the same, day after day after day, is the blather you and yours pump into thread after thread after thread as if every thread were titled "Why I refuse to face the truth about tobacco and health risks". Maybe you all max out at one topic to think about? Maybe that has something to do with the stranglehold tobacco addiction has on you? Well, probably. I guess I shouldn't expect anything more rational. |

I like smokers, they keep the respitory units at the hospitals full, that equals jobs, the insurance companies get more money to insure smokers so there is job security, and futher they're death is good news for the funeral home business, they work 7 days a week inflating corpses for the tear jerkers who will miss them, so tobacco is very good for NC, all around money is well spent and pleasure in the pack for the addicted is really a bargain.

Whats the difference North Caroline or Turdtown,Tenn they are still passing out the same bul$hit every othere town has passed out concerning a smoking ban. Just like the same Bull$hit you pass around day after day, thread after thread. Personally I dont care what you think. Im an adult, and a proud Veteran who pays my own way in life. If you dont like it, I could care less. You can label my choice to smoke anything you like thats not going to change anything for me. Besides who cares what you think.! |

Yea, and you can spend 2 hours a day in the Gym 5 days a week, never touch a cigarette or alcohol, ONLY have sex with a condom on, Only eat fresh organic vegetables, and still get hit by a Drunk Illegal Alien, or hit by a bus- so I say enjoy life to the fullest, and if that ciggy makes ya happy, then smoke up. The rest of ya can kiss our butts.(you can choose which one) Ole Bev is just on another one of her Power trips, and don't mind who gets in her way.(Winston-Salem shares its name with WHAT?) Oh, she forgot that too.
