Protecting employees is a big fraud and the employees are being used for the anti smoking agenda
They take the necessary level of precaution...you just don't worry about it!

Thats where tolerence of one in other comes in, we must tolerate one in other if we expect to get along as a society.

What form of government is most likely to declare private property "public" anything...all while feeling the need to "level the playing field"?

We are truly a very self-centered and vindictive society.

Ah, I begin to sense you may actually have thought well of the guy who looked at the huge surplus in the economy at the end of Clinton's tenure, thought "CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION!!", and said, "HEY EVERYBODY, VOTE ME IN AND I'LL GIVE YOU SOME OF THAT!"

He still had to have his brother disenfranchise every black voter in his state who shared more than one name/initial with a convicted felon and use police to obstruct the efforts of blacks to get to the polls. Oh, yeah, then he ended up being appointed by a court instead of elected. But, hey he was YOURS!

So, how did he leave us for funding?

Just because I am registered (R) does not mean I cannot think independently.
I am more inclined to believed (based on statistical data) that smokers are more likely to be democrat rather than republican.

With that, I would say that being a non smoker who does not care for smoke wafting in my face when eating, I find it difficult to recognize or accept smoking as a individual right, when exercising that right affects so many others in a negative way.

I agree that smokers are free to smoke...no issues there! My issue is smokers believe there right is to get to smoke whenever and wherever they please, and when someone who is bothered by that smoke speaks up, they are simply faced with an angry "if you dont like it...go somewhere else" type of response.

Ever stop to think about how lopsided the smoking to non-smoking establishments go...in fact ever count on your right hand how many places are non smoking within 20 miles of your home? A whole group of people cannot be alienated in a civilized society just to satisfy the needs of an extreme minority of people.

One ciggie affects an entire room for a long time, where as a smoker going outside for a few minutes, hurts no one and is effortless!

Daily Horoscope for November 26

Gemini

Your eleventh house of friends and associates is activated by the Moon in Aries and it's time to go out and play with your friends. Even the Twins, who have been somewhat reclusive lately, will benefit from socializing tonight. A sense of relief will take hold when you realize that no one really has a better life than you. Sure, it might seem like someone else has a more glamorous existence, but if you could be a fly on the wall in their bedroom, you'd find they have nightmares, too!
