Oh my! Just as this lil ole hausfrau is moving from Missouri to Kansas, I have to find out that Kansas is full of fatso women who do not take care of themselves! My dietician says that people only need a fist sized portion of each of thee food groups they eat at meals. I guess perhaps my true purpose in life now besides growing veggies and raising chickens in my new home in Kansas shall be to teach thee fatso women there how to eat smaller portions and not be piggies!

I completely agree. Kansans need to be educated on how to eat healthy.

I just lost 37 pounds by eating smaller portions. It wasn't easy, but since then my cholesteral has dropped and so has my blood pressure. I can now walk up steps without getting winded.

We also need to stop going to fast food places and to start sharing meals when you go out.

The biggest barrier to my losing weight was getting started. I had to identify why I was overweight in the first place. What I found out was that depression was the cause.

I also think it would help if health insurance companies helped pay for preventive care and help with weight loss. In the long run it would save them money.

No loser, food was the cause, and lack of exercise. I'm a svelt 5-7 and 195; 20 pounds of it is calcium deposits.

Everyone in Kansas is a Republican, unless you have already forgotten the Bush landslides. So your comment is at best misguided, and at worst ignorant.
