Did anyone hear that April was the coldest in recorded history....globally. Also, due to the reductions of Sulphur Dioxide and CO2 emissions in the Northern Hemosphere, more moisture has moved northward creating drought conditions in the Amazon Rainforest, threatening it's existence.

Alternative fuels are several decades away. We need to increase supply of our own oil reserves. Build refineries and nuclear power. We ahve to suspend the costly and ineffecient mandates for ethanol. Has anyone seen food prices lately? There has been a 24% increase in corn being removed from the food chain and going to ethanol production. Ethanol isn't as efficient as oil. Burning it causes decreased fuel milage, making it necessary to fill up more often.
