Blame the illegals for this one too. Yea right. If the poorest Californians are leaving then that means that illegal immigrants are the ones moving out.

Illegals in Cali aren't going anywhere.

They are simply hanging out on the taxpayers money and waiting for amnesty.

When that comes around, and they are all "legal" to recieve free "everything", watch the welfare rolls dramatically increase.
Especially when they get all their family members into the U.S. from their homeland countries to join in on the free lunch that the California tax slaves provide for them.
Call it what you want, a Nanny State, the new Third World Country State, or whatever. One thing is for sure, Cali voters are, and were, the cause of losing their own State to socialism in the first degree.

Vote democrat to recieve your welfare bennies. But when there is no one left to tax in Cali, well, it's "game over".
And you won't even be getting I.O.U.'s.

The illegals may be working, but the tax collectors from the state will see very little taxable income from these folks. Much of the money that exchanges hands is "under the table".
Everyone loses, especially legitimate workers who are willing to work legally.
