Can anybody believe an American president is spending time thinking about illegals in the country with unemployment at 10%. Ombama will be the last black president after screws this up big time.

Why is the Supreme Court ASKING the WH?? It is already there, in the books of the 1986 FEDERAL IIRCA.$10,000 penalty PER ILLEGAL hired.

All the SC has to do is ask for a copy of this Act from DHS!

Well seems the Federal Government has not/will not enforce it EXCEPT for a few PR/Photo Opn Arrests when the heat gets red hot from the the
General Public.

NOW the VERY BIG Problem is how to prevent States, Counties and Cities from having and enforcing their VERSIONS or bring attention to the fact the FEDERAL one is not being Enforced.

Gotta get your ducks in order and everyone on the same sheet of music-----find a way to void/overturn the AZ Law as quickly/low keyed as possible so business can continue as normal with ILLEGAL ALIENS still ALLOWED to pour across the Mexican Border and EXPIRED VISA HOLDERS still not EXITING the USA if they choose not too. Then ENCOURAGED to remain in the USA by the USA Presidents and USA Congress People since 1986 whom contantly talk about/promise the Illegal Aliens Amnesty.

There just no way States, Counties, Cities will be ALLOWED to interfere with the EMPLOYMENT of Illegal Aliens------WHY it would highly up-set the USA Presidents and USA Congressional Majorities since President Reagan whom ALLOWED THEIR ILLEGAL ENTRIES/REMAINING ON EXPIRED VISA and have ENCOURAGED them to remain in the USA by constantly talking about/promising them Amnesty.

But whatever the Lettuce is cheap.

Stop with the lettuce joke. I live in California and even here our lettuce is being imported from Mexico. You're just reinstalling that myth that we need the illegals for our agriculture which isn't at all true. Marketing is the real cost of produce and much of the labor the illegal/migrants do can be done by machines, but the growers don't want to invest in the machines because the migrants are cheap. Because the taxpayer subsidizes the cost of the labor. We pay for their housing, medical, food, education, and everything else the migrants use and need. And I should add that less than 3% of the illegals here in this country work in the fields. I live in California in an agricultural town and there's no water to grow the crops right now. The migrant workers are barely working one or two days a week. Yet many are getting unemployment, foodstamps, housing, discounted utilities, free child care, and EVERYTHING needed to stay in this country. Are you as a citizen getting those things paid for by this government? That threat of expensive produce is a bunch of crap, we're paying big time for our produce through our taxes. Don't fall for the hype. We don't need these illegals/migrants to sustain our country and lives. They drain us citizens, but business sure doesn't want you to know that.
