ALAN Tate will return for pre-season next month determined to prove he can still play a part at Swansea City.
Loyal servant Swansea City will host Manchester United for Alan Tate's testimonial match.
Tate began his career at Old Trafford, where he captained the reserve side, before switching to Swansea, initially on loan, in November 2002.
