According to Dolce Sport , the Blues have won the race for the highly-rated defender, who has attracted interest from a host of top European clubs. Manea, 17, will sign a long-term contract at Stamford Bridge and is expected to be immediately loaned out to either Dutch side Vitesse or Spanish oufit Mallorca.
