Who on earth is spending taxpayer dollars for something so stupid?! Spending our own money to scare the poop out of us. Here is an easy place for the government to cut spending. They just don't get it. They just keep spending and spending on stupid garbage like this and close parks to save money. Then they wonder why Tim Eyeman is so successful.
