Community Action Program brings in human element
By Sara Foss Gazette Reporter The goal of the Schenectady Community Action Program's new story-sharing campaign, Long Story Short, is to educate people about the work SCAP does to lift people out of poverty, provide a deeper understanding of what it's like to be poor and counteract negative stereotypes about poor people.
