Yeah, and it won't ever stand up in a court of law. They tried to do the same in LA and it was tossed, just Google it:

"Judge grants injunction against city's medical marijuana dispensary ban", LA Times, Oct 19 2009

We should really do what Argentina and Mexico have done - legalize and regulate - and then direct the police to focus on violence instead of asset seizures. This is from Aug 2009, Guardian UK:

"Argentina and Mexico have taken significant steps towards decriminalising drugs amid a growing Latin American backlash against the US-sponsored "war on drugs".

People who smoke cannabis don't fly into angry rages the way alcoholics and meth addicts do. I've lived in two of the most violent communities in California - Oroville during the meth explosion, and East Palo Alto during the crack epidemic. Many are the times I've talked crazy people down - but only with the aid of a big fat blunt.

P.S. If you find your friends mixing cocaine and meth and alcohol, you probably need new friends.

Just wondering how the dispensary "limits" will fare when cannabis is fully legalized next year...
