Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 7:03 p.m. SAN DIEGO - A pedestrian on the freeway was struck and killed by a vehicle at around 6 p.m. Wednesday, blocking several lanes of traffic on southbound state Route 163, according to the California Highway Patrol.
