The churches were likely targetted because these gutless dirtbags knew that it was unlikely they would encoutner any kind of resistence to their base desire for cheap thrills and ill-gotten goods.

One must really stoop low to burglarize and vandalize houses of worship. I'm not even Christian and it offends my sensibilities that these scumbags essentially desecrated and looted those churches.

The 21yr old should get nailed to the wall, not just for what he has done by way of the damages and theft, but for his part in contributing to the delinquincy of the two 14yr olds, not that it excuses the 14yr olds for their role in all this...I would think that by the time someone is 14 that they would know that breaking and entering, theft, vandalism, and arson are wrong and will attract the attention of law enforcement.
