2009 the United States had an estimated 5,200 nuclear warheads and 2,700 operationally deployed warheads .

As far as we know, Ukraine surrendered all the nuclear devices on its territory to Russia at the time of its independence. I doubt if they have any nuclear capability of any kind now. |
