Hester Reeve, a lecturer in fine art at Sheffield Hallam University, is working with local groups to devise a series of free activities at the park near Barnsley on Saturday, August 30. The pop-up academy called YMEDACA runs from dawn until dusk and is inspired by the first university established by Plato in fifth century BC Greece.
