Jehovah's Witnesses blood transfusion confusion Simple fact-The Bible does not prohibit Blood transfusions. If you are bleeding to death it is more dangerous to refuse a blood transfusions than to take one. Bloodless surgeries are great if they can be elective.1/3rd of all trauma deaths are from blood loss. Jehovah's Witnesses elders will investigate and disfellowship any Jehovah Witness who takes a blood transfusion,to say the issue is a 'personal conscience matter' is subterfuge to keep the Watchtower out of lawsuits.. Jehovah's Witnesses children die every year worldwide due to blood transfusion ban.Rank & file Jehovah's Witness are indoctrinated to be scared to death of blood FYI 1) JW's DO USE many parts aka 'fractions' aka components of blood,so if it's 'sacred' to God why the hypocritical contradiction flip-flop? 2) They USE blood collections that are donated by Red Cross and others but don't donate back, more hypocrisy. 3) The Watchtower promotes and praises bloodless elective surgeries, this is a great advancement indeed.BUT it's no good to me if I am bleeding to death from a car crash and lose much of my blood volume and need EMERGENCY blood transfusion. Remember the Jehovah's Witnesses use thousands and thousands of pints of blood donated by others. They use 60% of the blood volume as broken down "fractions" then go on Bible thumping rants about how dangerous and sinful blood transfusions are. ( JW do allow organ transplants which has more risk than whole blood transfusions so their arguments of disease transmission is bogus) Know this, the reason that JW refuse blood is because of their spin on the 3000 year old Biblical old testament, modern medicine will eventually make blood donations and transfusions a thing of the past. When this technology happens it won't vindicate the Jehovah's Witnesses and all the deaths that have occurred so far. The Watchtower's rules against blood transfusions will eventually be abolished (very gradually to reduce wrongful death lawsuit liability) even now most of the blood 'components' are allowed. They are such hypocrites! http://www.ajwrb.org/basics/abstain.shtml Jehovah Witness blood policy reform site Will you die for a lie? http://www.towertotruth.net/Articles/blood_tr... The fact is that blood is sacred to God, not men. The Bible, God's word is specific not to eat blood, or use it in any way. The Society of Witnesses does not force witnesses to not have blood transfusions, or use blood fractions. Each witness has to make that decision based on his own conscience, according to Scripture. It is the Bible that says you must not, not the witnesses. There are consequences to disobey God's direct command not to eat blood, take it into your body interveinously. The Society has no choice but to carry out God's requirements for deliberate disobedience. A person's conscience is what lets him know he is either acceptable to God or not, it is our spiritual guide to obey God's word, or not. It is our spiritual worship to God, because only God knows what is in our hearts, whether we really want to obey God or not. It shows our faith, by our living for God's will as his witness, or not. (Acts 15:19-21). . .Hence my decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God, 20 but to write them to abstain from things polluted by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood.

Teh Bible says blood is sacred no doubt. The Bible also says life is sacred too. Matthew 12 1At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry and began to pick some heads of grain and eat them. 2When the Pharisees saw this, they said to him, "Look! Your disciples are doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath." 3He answered, "Haven't you read what David did when he and his companions were hungry? 4He entered the house of God, and he and his companions ate the consecrated bread—which was not lawful for them to do, but only for the priests. 5Or haven't you read in the Law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple desecrate the day and yet are innocent? 6I tell you that one[a] greater than the temple is here. 7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice,'[b] you would not have condemned the innocent. The Sabbath and showbread were sacred too. "7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice" 7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice 7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice 7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice 7If you had known what these words mean,'I desire mercy, not sacrifice

Your post is confusing. At one point you say your conscience tells you if it is right and then you say the WT has no choice but to carry out God's'(or is it their own) requirements. That is contradictory. In other words you are NOT allowed to use you OWN conscience but only the WT's conscience! You are wrong when you say the Bible says not to use blood for transfusion. The BIBLE SAYS NO SUCH THING, that is from the WT. Try reading the Bible for yourself instead of WT's written by men.

You don't think the death of many children who follow the WTS has anything to do with JW's who allow their children to die for a book publishing co.? Your misleading post doesn't fool anyone. The WT blood policy is well known by all .

You seem like a vampire sucker fish type. {I personally would not subject anyone I loved, to say......,your blood.} I certainly would NEVER allow your blood or anyone elses blood to flow through my veins.....a perfect recipe for cardiac arrest. You probably think that our high tech medical world knows everything about blood. I can assure you, they don't.

Why do the cultists always get transfusions and drinking blood mixed up? Are they that stupid to follow the Brooklyn idiots into the grave? Then some claim to know more about blood than modern medicine! Weak minded followers of men, not God.

Yet they don't know all there is to know..... But there is someone who does know. The Creator of blood......,Jehovah. If He says to "ABSTAIN," from blood, as the Creator of blood, he knows everything there is to know about blood, and has every right to set down this rule for our own protection.
