It's hard not to like free stuff, but nothing is free. The taxpayers will have to subsidies religious groups. That doesn't sound like religious freedom to me.

As long as women are unschooled and without employment opportunity, family planning is fantasy. This is just another opportunity to expand government and addict citizens to public funds.
