Christianity is a VERY BIG thing to define.

I'll take a stab at it.

Christianity is the act of living as a disciple of Christ and as one who obeys the Bible.

Christianity is not an inclusive Faith. It is the only way to God and all others are wrong because they oppose the way established by God.

Christianity is based on logic, reason, and Truth. The teachings and concepts which define it are found ONLY IN THE BIBLE.

It is all centered around the work of God and the life of Christ.

Christianity is a relationship with the only Being in existence who loves you like you are and who cares for you no matter what.

Christianity is where you find purpose and hope. You don't need to seek satisfaction in things which leave you empty. You find all that you will ever need in Christ and in your relationship with Him.

Christianity is not a static thing. It isn't something that you can pull out ever so often when you go to Church on Sunday or something you can show off when you want to.

Christianity is a daily life that you MUST LIVE if you are a true believer.

Christianity is not an easy thing to claim. It is not something that will win you a nobel prize. Many will call you names, throw insults your way, and treat you horribly all the while claiming their "tolerance" for all beliefs.

But Christianity is the only thing which grants you peace..peace with God...peace with your conscience...and peace with yourself.

The road is not easy, the way is not simple.

But I have lived my life in it and, despite my mistakes and my slipups, I know that it is the Truth. I cannot imagine living my life without it.

This is how I define Christianity. I know it was kind of a long post... I TOLD you it was a big subject!:)

In Christ,
LightBearer

Peace be with the reader.

To be a Christian is to have a rational mind-set.
Any person that has not been born again, has an
irrational mind-set. This is why the world is in
such a mess. A person who is not converted, is a
fallen angel, he is lost, and stumbles in the dark.

Unless a person's rationality is restored , he
cannot enter the Kingdom, the real world. In
order become a spiritual being, a person first has
to die as a natural person.
Take up your cross and follow me.
All those who are saved, are resurrected.

I have returned, and I am separating those who
are restored, from the fallen angels.

I have a question The Faithful Witness... of what Faith are you?

I mean, what denomination?

You refer to people as fallen angels... I was just wondering what church or sect teaches this...

This place certainly has its share of characters. There is the whole spectrum of society here, so be warned, some views you may find offensive. Great post by the way.

It's fantatic that other thing could mind control you, make you brave and gain much dignity. Besides that, yours is really spiritually/evilly-made, do you think so?

Christianity is no different from any other religion. It was created to oppress the masses, and gain control over them. It does so with both false promises, and fear.

It is based on a book that contridicts itself, and is grossly inaccurate.

If you think Christianity is mind control, fear, and oppression, then what do you think about Islam?
