The sale price for single-family homes nationwide increased 10.2 percent on a year-over-year basis in February, according to the CoreLogic home price index released on April 3. It's the biggest increase since March 2006 and the 12th consecutive monthly increase in home prices nationally, prompting widespread reports of a major revival in housing. Comment?
