Existing home sales in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties in November were sharply lower than October, but just slightly off the pace from a year ago. The Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors tells us closings fell by 30% from the previous month to 224, which is not unusual for this time of year. Comment?
