I fully agree with the recent letter to the editor "No time for a tax increase." In fact, if the City and county are honest with us citizens and to themselves as well, they should reduce the tax valuation in proportion to the reduction in real market valuation as substantiated by property values since the financial/real estate crash in 2007.
