California's unsold home backlog dwindles to 4.5 months

The unsold inventory index -- the number of months needed to deplete the supply of homes on the market at the current sales rate -- in November was 4.5 months, down from 7.1 months for the same period a year ago, according to a report Tuesday by the California Association of Realtors . 1 comment
