I am writing in response to the Dec. 10 editorial , "Cockfighting should be a felony in Ohio." With Ohioans facing a record number of home foreclosures, the state's unemployment rate over 10 percent, and our state's budget busting at the seams, I find it outrageous that our state leaders want to make cockfighting laws their priority.
