Home prices in the U.S., including distressed sales, increased 5.6% year over year in February, representing three years of consecutive year-over-year increases in home prices nationally, CoreLogic said April 7, citing data from its home price index. The Wellington real estate agent found guilty of disgraceful conduct has been fined $10,000, but he says the leniency of the fine clears him of suspicion - as does a $75,000 commission payment from Foodstuffs. Neither of us came into this second marriage with a great deal of money, but we both own a home with a large mortgage. What should happen to the money if we sell one of the houses, which we are inclined to do? In other words, if my house is sold, shouldn't I be able to keep the money? Supervisor David Campos said that Airbnb, the on-line service for renting rooms, apartment or whole houses to travelers, made it clear at a recent meeting, that they will not be turning over any records to the city.
