The former elected Harrison County prosecutor and Bethany, MO, attorney, Richard F. Turner pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to stealing at least $540,000 from his client. According to court documents, Turner spent the money he stole to pay off his mortgage, put in a swimming pool and support his clothing store, Richard's Menswear, among other personal expenses.
