Saying she never would've chosen Dr. Ian Rubins as her plastic surgeon if she'd known his history of drug abuse, a Westchester woman has filed a $10.5 million lawsuit against the Greenwich doctor.
According to her lawsuit, Michelle Castelluccio, 38, of Baldwin Place, N.Y., 'sustained great pain, agony, injury, suffering, disability, scarring, disfigurement, hospitalization as well as mental anguish and emotional distress and economic loss' following breast augmentation surgery by Rubins last January.
