A Pendleton Correctional Facility offender was transported to Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis Friday for treatment of injuries received when he was assaulted by another offender in the facility's J Cell House at approximately 3:45 p.m., according to a press release from Neil Potter, public information officer at the facility.
