I have no problem with this. It is only on 'income' per year , not on total wealth. From what I understand it is basically 1 percent to maybe 2 or 3 percent on people earning 1 plus mill a year. 1 percent wont hurt anyone that is earning 400 g a year. I have a good job and have a health care program but we do need to make sure everyone has health care. That is a basic humanitarian right to anyone in the world.
