Hey, it must the evil twin brother of our own Robert Norse Kahn? His campaign for the silly council might be more succcessful if Frost had a pirate radio station too.

I really wish more bums and panhandlers would occupy the likes of Palo Alto, Los Gatos, and Los Altos. It's not because I like the idea of bums in nice towns but because I detest the majority of the arrogant jerks that live in those towns and feel that they should suffer just as much as Santa Cruz does. I was for gay marriage for the same reason...g*y couples should as miserable as most straight couples are. You people didn't think the Divorce Lawyer lobby was against Prop 8 on principle did you

***"...it's the city's treatment of homeless people that forms the basis of Frost's campaigns. He argues the $24 million Opportunity Center of the Midpeninsula, which opened downtown in 2006, is a "train wreck." His top complaint is the food.

He's also adamant about the right to beg for food on public streets. He says a heart condition prevents him from any other sort of employment. People like him need a way to "put milk and beer and food on the table," he said."***

This guy sits around on his fat behind and complains that the food he is given free of charge isn't good enough! He has a heart problem that keeps him from working? Try losing 50 pounds, Frost!

It's somewhat comforting to know that AC is not alone in having these useless "professional" gadfly types. But this obese "train wreck" of a man is especially offensive to me. If he spent all of that time doing something positive -- working at the Opportunity Center, for instance -- he could accomplish something.

He is nothing but a leech.

He doesn't look like the food's bad enough, lol.
I'd love to see articles about what motivates these leaches, what prevents them from digging themselves out of the holes they're in. I think it should be a crime for them to beg using signs and a crime to give them money. We have our share in Santa Cruz and so far have not found a solution either.
