Mother, Child shot in deer hunting accident

People who go knowing into harm's way are asking for trouble.
These riders fully knew that hunters hunt along their trails during deer season yet they go, shame on them.
Where their wearing ORANGE SAFETY VESTS, clanging a small bell, to allow hunter ahead-ups? My money says NO!!!!
This was a true accident that do not need to happen. I feel sorry for the spooked hunter.

ACCOUNTABILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY- If you can't recognize a horse from a deer, bear, hippo or what ever you are hunting then maybe you should go back to sitting on your couch watching Tred Barta or Gap Pucchi do the hunting. This is about as much as of an accident as leaving the bar and hoping you can drive your car home. Ignorant!!!!!! Every year, in Colorado we have non resident hunters from TX,CA and a number of other states shooting anything and everything from horses, cows, elk during deer season and even moose during elk season. We commonly refer to Horses as Texas Elk, cows are slow elk. Just don't get it! Maybe we can get a manufacturer to put sirens and lights on equine so this don't happen again.
