A Texas judge is to rule soon on whether a funeral home can legally sell the coffin in which the presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was buried for nearly 20 years, until a 1981 exhumation. Oswald, who shot John F. Kennedy in Dallas in 1963 and was assassinated himself two days later by Jack Ruby, was buried the day after he died in the Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Burial Park in Fort Worth.
