    Unlicensed teen was driving in NC wreck that killed ...

    The North Carolina Highway Patrol says a 16-year-old girl who did not have a driver's license was driving in a wreck that killed a 17-year-old girl in Buncombe County. Trooper Kelly Rhodes told local media outlets that 17-year-old Celeste Perez of Waynesville died in the wreck Sunday evening in Candler.
