Knecht and her husband, James, of Somerville, Ala.; a sister, Nancy Ridderbusch, of Portland, Ore.; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Emily, Joseph, David Jr., Dominic, Sandra and Zoe; and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Notaro was born and raised in Portland, Ore., daughter of Alva E. and Verna L. Goodwin.

    Marie A. Bourdon, 63, of Mattapoisett died April 9, 2015 at New Bedford Rehabilitation Hospital after a long illness. Born in Newton, MA, the daughter of the late Augusto and Mary Berardi, she was raised in Watertown before moving to Mattapoisett in 1978.
