He was born January 4, 1937, in Washington Court House, Ohio, the son of Lawrence A. and Lucy Taylor Sr. Funeral services were held at noon, April 14, in the Jones-Kenney-Zechman Funeral Home. James E. "Pretty Boy" West, 65, of Elyria, passed away peacefully in the Mercy Hospital of Lorain, following a lengthy illness. He was a lifelong resident of Elyria and was employed as a laborer for the Tappan Manufacturing Company and other local manufacturing companies. Comment?
