    Former Jersey City Mayor Cucci dead at 92

    Former Jersey City Mayor Anothony Cucci died at age 92 on Feb. 25. Cucci most recently served as trustee on the Jersey City Board of Education, but served as mayor twice, and as a city councilman, and a U.S. Marine. "I know I speak for the entire city when I say that we extend our thoughts, prayers, and everlasting appreciation to the Cucci family for Mayor Cuuci's service to our city," said Mayor Steven M. Fulop.

    Former Jersey City Mayor Anthony Cucci dies at 92

    JERSEY CITY - Anthony Cucci, the former mayor and Downtown councilman, died today at Jersey City Medical Center. He was 92. Cucci was first elected to the City Council representing Ward E in 1977.

The documents, which The Daily Caller obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request and which are also now listed on the FBI's website , mostly contain the FBI's communications with local law enforcement officials seeking information on Phelps and his Topeka, Kan.-based church.

    Shawnee County District Court records indicate a judge last month awarded $33,333.33 in insurance money to each surviving parent of 16-year-old Matthew Allen, a Topeka West High School student killed last August in a double-fatality traffic accident in southwest Topeka. District Judge Rebecca W. Crotty apportioned insurance settlement proceeds in those amounts to go to Allen's father, John Allen, and mother, Brandy Allen, who are divorced from each other, the ruling said.
