    On May 14, Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham told C & G News that investigators planned to interview the two survivors of the May 8 Stony Creek crash in which three teens died. Wickersham said that the last he heard, one of the young men was released from Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township on May 12, and the other's condition improved to "serious."

    Fiat Chrysler is sad to announce the death of its employee Donald Megge, 54, of Sterling Heights, Mi at its Jefferson North assembly plant earlier today. Megge, who had worked for the company for the past 18 years as a millwright and wastewater operator, died while performing regular preventive maintenance when he was apparently accidentally crushed while working alone in the on-site wastewater treatment plant.

    An employee who died while on the job Tuesday at FCA US Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit has been identified. The Detroit Fire Department said 53-year-old Donald Megge of Sterling Heights was killed after getting caught in a machine press a little after 7 a.m. at the FCA US facility, according to the Associated Press.

    The UAW identified the victim as Donald Megge, 53, of Sterling Heights, Mich. The union said Megge, a millwright and wastewater operator, died while performing regular preventive maintenance during a shift that started at 5:30 a.m. He was working alone and was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. An FCA spokeswoman said the incident occurred in the on-site wastewater treatment plant that services the 3-million-square-foot plant where the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango are assembled.
