    The Honolulu Medical Examiner's Office identified a woman who died Monday night after being pulled from waters off the Outrigger Canoe Club in Waikiki as Herma Amalia, 29, of Pullman, Wash. Paramedics responded at 6:40 p.m. Monday and found her in extremely critical condition.
